Vision of (ITJS):

Leadership in Training and Judicial Studies.

Institute of Training and Judicial Studies (ITJS), is located in the city of Abu Dhabi and other branch in University City of Sharjah, was founded on December 14th, 1992. Back in 2004, it was the release of federal law No. 11 of 2004, in which announcement of the institute as an independent federal institution was made. ITJS carries out the following:  Prepare and qualify graduates of Shariah or Law Schools to hold judicial posts.  Organize courses for judiciary members on various law themes, judicial technicalities, or any other aspects.  Hold specialized training courses for preparation and qualification of notaries public, judicial aides, and lawyers.  Train personnel of government bodies, whose jobs are related to law and judicial fields, based upon request from such bodies. As well, the institute may hold training courses for non-governmental personnel.  Provide for scientific research and its usage within law and judicial fields through encouraging specialized law & judicial studies, working to release and print them.

Mr. D Prem Kamath (LL.M.) Cyber Law Specialist - Managing partner @ RAD & Partners UAE. A Specialist in Cyber law, D. PREM KAMATH provides training to members of the judiciary and lawyers. He likewise, presents papers in seminars relating to CYBER LAW. Some of his career achievements are: 1.  Guest Lecturer in Middlesex University Dubai. 2.  Guest lecture on Energy & Utilities in First International Cyber Security Forum for Energy & Utilities, Abu Dhabi. 3.  Lecture on Cyber Law and Cyber Security for Public Prosecutors in the Training Program held by Institute of Management in Government, Kochi, and Kerala, India. 4. Invited speaker on Legal and Regulatory Mechanisms Governing Information Technology & Cyber Forensics. 5.  Speaker JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES IN CYBERSPACE at the 2nd International

ICST Conference on Digital Forensics & Cybercrime (ICDF2C 2010), held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates October 2010. 6.  Speaker at the National Seminar on Cyber Security and Cyber Crime Detection organized by Amrita Vishwa Vidya Peetham, in Kochi, Kerala, India. 7. Speaker at the National Seminar organized by His Highness the Maharajas Law College, Ernakulum, in Kochi, Kerala India. 8.  Conducted workshops on Cyber Law for the Kochi City Police. 9. Conducted workshops on Cyber Law for the Alappuzha City Police. 10.  Lectures on various awareness programs to various educational institutions in association with the Kochi City Police and the Alappuzha City Police.
