Pritam Pal, is a management graduate from Xavier's Institute of Management (XIMB) and with a Gold Medalist in Engineering (Computer Science-AI/Robotics) from Bombay University with over 12 years of experience in the field of IT. He has worked under the hood of companies like Cirus Logic, Microsoft India, Shreeram Group and presently heading SWASH Group of Companies as CEO (AsiaPacific). He actively handles the technology and business related operations of SWASH on-site.

Afzal Haque, is a management graduate with over 10 years of experience in marketing research and IT enabled services, this gives him the perfect combination of business acumen and team leading skill. As the head of operations for Global Delivery Centers, his job includes managing the day to day operation and responsibility for center business processes such as employee management, capacity planning, training and Quality.
Afzal's prior experience includes head of business development of an international call center in New Delhi, Market Research and Consulting Firm and a leading UK based marketing services company in India.

ON SITE MODEL
On Site model deputes architects, project leaders, and software developers at customer site to work as part of the project team. Our On-Site model has been created with a distinct purpose. On-site project cycle consist of the following phases, contributing to the overall success of the program.

Pre Sale Requirement Analysis:


In this phase, we understand and analyze your basic requirements and needs. According to that, we make an assessment of our core competence to partner with you, in order to meet your needs. During this phase we review your goals, objectives, strategies and project-specific needs, and analyze the services that best suit your requirements.

Prepare Service Level Agreement:


After the initial analysis that determines our ability to serve your needs, we prepare a Service Level

Agreement with your inputs and tailored to suit your needs. Once the Service Level Agreement is accepted, the actual project begins.

Resource Planning and Deployment:


Upon acceptance of the Service Level Agreement, the Resource Planning starts. In order to ensure that the offshore development facility is transparent to you, we deploy an onsite project manager and a development team in India which is managed by a Project Leader. During the entire duration of the project, our onsite project manager will be your single point of contact.
Depending upon the resource demands of the project and time-lines, the project team size will be scaled accordingly. If you choose to further reduce costs, we also offer our services wherein you can directly interact with our project managers in India.

Project Initiation:
If a project involves a new system, then project requirement analysis typically is the first logical step. If a project requires the transition of an existing system, our onsite project manager will closely work in co-ordination with your internal staff.

Development:
Coding starts now. During this phase our project manager works very closely with our development team in India to ensure tight adherence to design specifications. The onsite project manager will maintain a system control versions of the system for your periodic review, document your feedback & communicate your comments back to our offshore development team. Our onsite project manager will ensure that the project complies with our quality standards and methodology. If you already have a set of standards in place, our team will be glad to implement them. In order to remove any dependency upon individual and make the project self contained, we recommend and imply detailed system documentation at every stage of the project.

Implementation:
Upon completion of the Development and Testing, our onsite project manager will ensure the system is implemented in a production environment and tested again. If the system is large and complex requiring additional resources during the Implementation phase, we either will bring the Offshore Development team onsite or utilize local resources.

Conclusion:
At the logical conclusion of the project, our onsite project manager will go through a formal project conclusion process which includes specifications, design documents, source codes, diagrams, instructions and system documentation. Our team will consolidate all the relevant archived documentation and deliver it to your company for future reference.

We have well defined time-tested process, which ensures high degree of control at every phase of the project and a high degree of satisfaction. Our methodology is based on the following phases of implementation which we categorize into three segments.

Pre Sale Requirement Analysis:

Analysis of Requirement:
During the first phase of Development procedure, our onsite project manager will review your requirements and prepare a Requirements & Specifications document. These requirements and specifications will provide the formal input to our offshore development team. If the project is very large and complex, we can bring our offshore development project leader onsite to more rapidly facilitate understanding of all requirements and specifications.

System Design and Approval:


Our project managers are highly experienced and technically savvy with hands-on experience. They get involved in system design and works closely with you and the development team to ensure that all requirements are accurately expedited during the design phase.

Development:

Upon completion of the Development and Testing, our onsite project manager will ensure the system is implemented in a production environment and tested again. If the system is large and complex requiring additional resources during the Implementation phase, we either will bring the Offshore Development team onsite or utilize local resources.

Support:
Upon successful implementation of the system in the production environment, we recommend retaining a small support team from our offshore development facility to continue and support the system.

Implementation Steps
Swash Convergence on forwards the requirement of the client to our consulting Team at SWASH Consulting to analyze the complete requirement and draft a strategy or implementation of the offshore model of development, typically Off Site-In Site. SWASH Convergence then provides the strategy to the client for approval and for go-live flag . On Go Live flag, a technical Account Manager is assigned at the US end along with necessary instruction to the requisite divisions in INDIA for recruitment of the Technical Resources . Depending of the specialization of the project and client requirements the resources are placed in a single or multiple Global Delivery Centers of SWASH. All resources are hired with close co-ordination with the project and HR team of the client by our staffing division .

Requisite technology, license, servers and VPN is procured and created for the client at the SWASH Convergence site US. All the resources are connected through a VPN system Uniquely for the client through two gateways to maintain redundancy.

This provides high security of transaction for our clients by not exposing there internal network for development. A mirror server is also established at the client end for real time updating with the US end. The ownership during this phase of association ship on the servers and technology remains with the client at our cost.
