According to my client, you are obliged to pay a monthly rental of P25,000 which is due every fifth of the month. Despite lapse of several months, you have done nothing to comply with your undertaking. Thats why this letter has been sent to you to inform that you need to fulfil your obligation to my client. In this regard, demand is hereby given upon you to vacate the subject property within ten (10) days from receipt hereof and to pay the reasonable rent of Php25,000.00 per month from August 2010, until you vacate the same.
