The Seventh Annual IGF Meeting was held in Baku, Azerbaijan from 6-9 November 2012.

The main theme for the meeting was: Internet Governance for Sustainable Human, Economic and Social Development .

the pending expansion of the top level domain space:

First, we are going to find out how to encourage investment in infrastructure and create an environment for innovation. how can we open policy making processes to participants from developing countries and we're going to ensure that developing countries are able to participate in a meaningful way to internet governance processes.

enabling environment and the last cluster will be infrastructure: The first question seen in IGF Bali was how to encourage investment in infrastructure and create an environment for innovation. This kind of question need to give answer. in fact the Government of Mauritania under the minister of Technology had organized in 2013 meeting and the topic was CyberSecurity and It has opened to all of the stakeholders , operator Telecom, Civil Society,Organization, Enterprise to attend and give his opinion and to built together a National CyberSecurity and to prepare all of the process related to CSIT (Computer Science Incident Team) to avoid any attack from hacker , to promote security based on accessibility , on open . we can say , the government of Mauritania was open to mitigate the risk of any closed system that can let the development down. that can become a barring for our development. that's the reason the government has invited all participant from differents instiute to share their contribution and to bring their design of the new Governance of Internet that is for everyone. In addition , after this seminar from ITU -IMPACT based on Cybersecurity , later the Government decide to organize second seminar on IXP and demand all stakeholders to participate . because IXP is a new technologie to reduce the cost and increase the bandwith of Internet access. It also create local investment for the local data and open choice for investment of foreign organisation, institute and entreprise.

This second Seminar is organized by Africa Union with Internet Society and Government of Mauritania and I was here to attend to this meeting.

our purpose is to do attend all stakeholders for negotiating and contribute to our development. also to share with all stakeholder , organisme, civil society , Entreprises , Operators differents process related to Governance of the ICT.
