Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Priority Pass bukan merupakan tanda jadi pembelian atau pemesanan unit produk Lippo Tower Holland Village. 2. Priority Pass bukan merupakan alat pembayaran produk Lippo Tower Holland Village, sehingga tidak dapat diperjualbelikan atau dialihkan. 3. Priority Pass dapat dipergunakan secara otomatis sebagai Booking Fee pemesanan unit produk Lippo Tower Holland Village sesuai dengan nama dan identitas yang tercantum di dalam Priority Pass sesudah memilih unit. 4. Priority Pass yang asli wajib dibawa pada saat pemilihan unit produk Lippo Tower Holland Village. 5. Priority Pass ini hanya berlaku setelah pembayaran sepenuhnya masuk ke rekening PT. Satyagraha Dinamika Unggul. 6. Priority Pass dapat dikembalikan sebesar dengan pembayaran yang diterima di rekening PT. Satyagraha Dinamika Unggul bila tidak ada pilihan unit produk yang sesuai pada saat tanggal/tenggang waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh developer/Penerima Pesanan dan dengan mengikuti prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pihak manajemen serta atas permintaan tertulis oleh customer. 7. Setelah berhasil memilih unit pilihan pemesan dengan mengisi Unit Selection Confirmation Form atau Surat Pesanan, maka seluruh pembayaran tanda jadi Priority Pass secara otomatis tidak dapat dikembalikan dan akan dikreditkan sebagai booking fee atau pembayaran lainnya secara otomatis, dan pemesan akan menandatangani Surat Pesanan/Surat Renovasi dalam waktu paling lambat 1 x 24 jam sejak ditandatangani Unit Selection Confirmation Form. 8. Pengisian yang tidak lengkap/tidak benar bukan merupakan tanggung jawab developer/Penerima Pesanan ataupun manajemen. 9. Segala akibat yang ditimbulkan oleh penyalahgunaan Priority Pass ini oleh pihak lain adalah di luar tanggung jawab developer atau penerima Pesanan. 10. Setiap Priority Pass hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1 (satu) unit produk Lippo Tower Holland Village dalam tahap yang ditentukan oleh developer. 11. Priority Pass hanya berlaku untuk unit produk perkantoran Lippo Tower Holland Village. 12. Selama Surat Pesanan dan Surat Permohonan Renovasi belum diisi dan ditanda tangan oleh pemesan setelah pemilihan unit, maka syarat dan ketentuan Priority Pass tetap berlaku. 13. Bila dalam waktu 14 hari kalendar sejak tanggal pemilihan unit Pemesan tidak memilih unit maka Pemesan dianggap tidak memilih dan Priority Pass akan dikembalikan. Priority Pass secara otomatis tidak berlaku tanpa perlunya pemberitahuan lagi di kemudian hari. 14. Jika ada perselisihan di kemudian hari, maka perselisihan akan diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat dan keputusan adalah bersifat final. 15. Ketentuan dan syarat lain berlaku tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu dari developer/Penerima Pesanan. 16. PT. Satyagraha DInamika Unggul adalah developer Holland Village. 17. Priority Pass ini berlaku hanya untuk proyek Lippo Tower Holland Village. 18. Tidak ada pengikatan apapun kepada Pihak developer dalam hal transaksi, harga dan hal-hal lainnya.

RULES OF GAME
- First come first served system. - Priority pass coding based on unit sizes. Priority will be given to bigger sizes (full floor, 1/2 floor, 1/4 floor, etc). Clients are allowed to change to bigger unit sizes. Changes to smaller unit sizes must wait for the smaller unit size batch. - Only 2 (two) floors available for 1/8 unit size. - Priority pass name only can be changed within the same KK (Kartu Keluarga) or same organization proven by article association.
