Company Role Starting Date End Date Role Description Deloitte Consulting LLP Functional consultant for Oracle EBS in Application Management Services (AMS) service line. 23 June 2012 (Currently Working) Handle the functional aspects and provide support on functional issues that are faced by users/super users (clients) that are using Oracle ERP software.

During my tenure at Deloitte I have been learning and working on Oracle EBS (both Technical and Functional Aspects). Have expertise in handling issues related to Receivables, Cash management, E-Business Tax, Payables modules, custom report issues and custom interface issues. In my position as Business Technology Analyst, I have been working on functional aspects of Oracle-EBS. I have expertise in handling Receivables and Cash Management modules. In addition to this I have overview of other financial modules like General Ledger, Payables modules as well. I have also developed decent PL/SQL during my stay in Deloitte. I have good knowledge about Interface, Conversions and Reports. I have been actively involved in documentation works, and have developed functional specifications for a few undertakings from scratch. I am at a position which requires frequent communication with clients, and have done pretty well on this aspect so far.
So far I have worked for two clients (actively engaged), involved in Energy, Shipping and Transportation business. I have had an opportunity to understand the business requirements and correlate it with the ERP structure. Awards/ Recognition/ Rating So far I have been rated for one engagement. ORACLE EBS Undergone 1.5 month training on ORACLE EBS. Got to learn about Supply Chain training in Deloitte, Management, PL/SQL coding, RICEWF aspects, OA Framework, Enterprise Hyderabad Resource Planning. On Project Training Shadowed for the client Stolt Nielsen, a shipping company, for 3 months. Got to (Shadowing) know about the Receivables and Cash Management modules of Oracle. ITIL Certification Undergone the AMS ITIL Certification (v3 Foundation), covering modules on standard and best practices to be followed in the IT industry.

Harvard Leadership Undergone Harvard Leadership Certification course, covering leadership growth Certification oriented online trainings. Lean Six (Yellow certification. Badarpur Thermal Power Station, NTPC ltd., New Delhi Undergone four weeks industrial training at BTPS, New Delhi in their EMD (Electrical Maintenance Division) and got a chance to see the working of a power plant. I had a chance to see the units, transformers, substation and auxiliary machines etc. and hence got to know the complexity and inter-connectedness of the electrical system of the plant.

VIT University's Merit Scholarship winner for the years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11,2011-12. Successfully completed mini project, under URE004 provision of VIT University, with Anant Baijal, Harsh Mathur and Jitendra Meel. The project entitled, " Application Of Evolutionary Algorithms to Economic Dispatch Problems", under the guidance of Hon'ble Dean Dr. T Jayabarathi.(Jan-Apr, 2011) (Coded the PSO, GA, Honey Bee and Bacterial Foraging algorithm in Matlab. Applied them to a 3 generator economic dispatch problem with various constraints and optimized the cost. Compared the convergence and computational time of these algorithms.) Successfully completed Final Year Project, Optimal location of STATCOM in Transmission System using Evolutionary Algorithms under the guidance of Dr. T. Jayabarathi. Undergone inplant training at NTPC's Badarpur Thermal Power Station, New Delhi for four weeks, where had an opportunity to see the working of a Power Plant. Won 1st prize in Technical Paper Presentation (Electrical Dept.) in GRAVITAS 2011.
