Job Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience as a Third party inspector, distinctively been a Lead auditor for ISO 9001:2008 QMS, Conversant with International standards ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, BS & ARAMCO. Welding & NDT inspections: Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings. Note the Corrosions/Paintings, pitting, welding defect etc. Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS. Witness of welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test. Visual inspection of welded joint profile, surface finish and defects. Verification of weld repair work. Witnessing hydro test and pneumatic test. Review of Radiographic films, Witnessing Ultrasonic tests, PT and MPT. Witnessing MPI on stress and load bearing areas of the equipments & welded joints at Saudi Aramco on-shore and off-shore Oil Rigs. Inspection of Lifting Equipments: Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with Company LMS standards, HSE procedures including Projects, Contractor-items at Onshore Locations. to work commencement and necessary documentation (checklist, risk assessments) are in place as per the LMS. Verification/Thorough Examination of Mobile Cranes such as TruckMounted Crane, All Terrain Crane, Crawler Crane, Rough Terrain Crane, and Lorry Loaders, Industrial Forklifts. Verification/Thorough Examination of Goliath/Semi Goliath Crane, Electrically Operated Overhead travelling Crane and Slewing Jib Cranes. Verification/Thorough Examination of Runway Beams. Verification/Thorough Examination of Hand Powered Equipments such as Chain Block, Lever Hoist, Winches, beam trolleys, Snatch block and Hydraulic Jacks. Verification/Thorough Examination of Lifting Gears such as Wire rope sling, Shackles, Hooks, Sheave blocks. Training and assessing of Riggers, assessment of operators on different lifting equipments. To Co-ordinate and manage Heavy lifting activities as per BSEN & ASME Standards. Review of Plans and Procedures for critical heavy lifts and witnessing of heavy lift operations.

Inspection of Boilers / pressure vessels: Calculating and deciding test pressure for hydro test of boilers as per given test limits of the boilers. Maintaining the calibration of safety relief valves and pressure gauges of boilers as per the capacity Testing line. Witnessing the hydro test and safety valve pop-up test & to check other safety features of the boilers. Conduct Visual, dimensional & corrosion inspection of the boilers and give necessary recommendations. Documentation of the reports as per the required standards. Other third Party inspections: Raw material inspection - Review of Test certificates with respect to Standards & P.O Witnessing Mechanical test in laboratories - Tensile, Impact, Hardness & Bend test. Inspection of GRE/GRP pipes and fittings Inspection of valves, pipes, fittings, pressure vessels, skids, tube bundles etc. Fit up Inspection, Welding Visual Inspection, welding parameter monitoring. Witnessing of Pressure testing of pipes, vessels & valves (Hydro/Pneumatic). WPS, PQR review and approval, Welder Qualification test witness. Review and Approval of Inspection test procedure. Review of heat treatment charts/PWHT procedures. Protective Coating Inspection - Fusion bonded epoxy, Conventional liquid coating for pipes. Vendor assessment, Expediting & Pre dispatch inspection
