Report Over view

This Document presents a detailed specification for creating the PO Requisition XML report. A report needs to be printed to acknowledge the supplier order. As soon as Purchase Order is saved in the system, users should be able to generate the document for internal purpose / fax / mailing to the supplier. The input parameters to generate the report are PO Numbers - From / To, Date range - From/ to. The Purchase Order lists all type of purchase orders. Purchasing order report displays the Supplier Name, Address Ref No, Item Number and Price. Detailed attributes that are shown on the reported listed below.
