ABSTRACT RELATIONS BETWEEN THE CLINICAL SEVERITY OF URTICARIA AND DERMATOLOGY QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC URTICARIA

AT RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN Rahmatun Nisa Husain Urticaria is a vascular reaction of the skin due to various reasons. The disease is characterized by local edema that quickly arises and disappears slowly, pale and reddish when pressed, rising on the surface of the skin, can be surrounded by the surrounding halo, arising itching and sometimes burning. Based on the duration, urtikaria divided into two, namely acute urticaria and chronic urticaria. Chronic urticaria is characterized by a temporary Urtica that arise almost every day for six weeks or more. Chronic urticaria can degrade the quality of life as a result of complaints of sleep disturbance due to the intensity of the intense itching, fatigue, social isolation, loss of energy, and emotional or sexual disorders. Measuring quality of life of chronic urticaria can be assessed using the dermatology life quality index which has a parameter form of the disease symptoms and feelings, daily activities, leisure, work and school, personal relationships, and treatment. While the clinic assessed the severity of disease duration, degree of itching, angioedema, and other complaints arising. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the severity of urticaria clinic dermatology life quality in patients with chronic urticaria in hospitals Ulin Banjarmasin. The research design using observational analytic cross-sectional approach. This study will be conducted at Polyclinic Hospital IKKK Ulin Banjarmasin. In this study there were 30 patients who were selected as sample. The results of the study on 30 patients diagnosed with chronic urticaria were 3 people have poor quality of life, 7 people have moderate quality of life, and 10 other people have a good quality of life. ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEPARAHAN KLINIK URTIKARIA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP DERMATOLOGI PADA PENDERITA URTIKARIA KRONIK DI RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN Rahmatun Nisa Husain

Urtikaria adalah reaksi vaskular di kulit akibat berbagai macam sebab. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan edema setempat yang cepat timbul dan menghilang perlahan-lahan, berwarna pucat dan kemerahan bila ditekan, meninggi di permukaan kulit, sekitarnya dapat dikelilingi halo, timbul rasa gatal dan kadang terbakar. Berdasarkan durasinya, urtikaria terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu urtikaria akut dan urtikaria kronik. Urtikaria kronik ditandai oleh urtika yang bersifat sementara yang timbul hampir setiap hari selama enam minggu atau lebih. Urtikaria kronik dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup sebagai dampak keluhan gangguan tidur akibat intensitas gatal yang hebat, keletihan, isolasi sosial, kehilangan energi, dan gangguan emosional atau seksual. Pengukuran kualitas hidup urtikaria kronik dapat dinilai menggunakan indeks kualitas hidup dermatologi yang memiliki parameter berupa gejala dan perasaan mengenai penyakitnya, aktivitas sehari-hari, waktu senggang, pekerjaan dan sekolah, hubungan personal, dan pengobatan. Sementara tingkat keparahan klinik dinilai dari durasi penyakit, derajat gatal, angioedema, dan keluhan lain yang timbul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat keparahan klinik urtikaria dengan kualitas hidup dermatologi pada penderita urtikaria kronik di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Poliklinik IKKK RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 30 pasien yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian pada 30 pasien yang didiagnosis urtikaria kronis adalah 3 orang memiliki kualitas hidup buruk, 7 orang memiliki kualitas hidup sedang, dan 10 orang lainnya memiliki kualitas hidup yang baik. Kata-kata kunci : urtikaria kronik, kualitas hidup, tikngkat keparahan klinik urtikaria
