Abstract Literatures [1-9] suggest that blood circulation plays the role of basic timer when brain processing
information; and suggest a quantitative model of brain information processing. This article introduces details of the
quantitative model, including 4 parts. Part 1 gives a correction; Part2 introduces "how to define Gate value" in
greater details; Part3 introduces the essential nature of "indexing effect" when brain processing information; Part4
introduces some basic neural network principles of "theorizing".
