The company can terminate this agreement at any time by giving you one month notice or paying salary in lieu thereof. Similarly should you desire to leave the company service you will be require to give two months notice or deposit the mount of salary in lieu thereof. 2. Due to sensitive nature of your job you will not to take up assignment with our competitors for the period of three years after leaving of your job. The company has liberty and right to claim damages for loss of business. 3. Your service shall be governed by the standing order and regulation of the company that are in force/might come into force at the time of your appointment with such modification as may be made from to time. 4. the company retains the right to transfer you from one station to another to any of its office/depot or from one company to another sister concern at its discretion. 5. you shall devote you efforts solely to this company and work honestly and loyally in your official duties and to the furtherance of this companys interest 6. Your acceptance of this appointment will be deemed interalia to be undertaking by you that (i)you will not take any interest in the activities of any other business and or company of any description whatsoever, (ii) you will not either during the continuance of your employment will divulge any of the information or secret of the company , to any other company , person or persons without our previous written consent or use or attempt to use any information which may acuire in the course of your employment with us any manner which may injure or cause loss to the company or be calculated to injure of cause loss to the company. 7. The company rules and regulation and/or any act insubordination and / or any instance of misconduct or any description whatsoever on your part will entail instant dismissal with forfeiture of the right to one month notice or one month salary in lieu thereof. In case no dismissal under terms of this para, you will be entitled to your dues up tp and including the date of preceding the date of dismissal.

8. In all case settlement of your dues will after deduction of any amount that may become due from you to the company and /or sister concerns. 9. The company and employee may agree mutually to any amendment of any of the terms contained herein this latter of appointment. 10. The above terms also supersede any prior arrangement that may have been entered into between yourself and this company, or any of the sister concern including the terms and conditions contained in any letter of appointment that may have been previously issued to you by the company or any of the sister concern. 11. Your duties can be redefine at any time during the course of your employment. 12.
