Corrie Donis was born in Sydney, Australia, and is one of six siblings. She has lived in Washington, and most recently New York. Corrie was a member of the national debate team, which places second in an international competition. While in high school, Corrie involved herself with language clubs such as English Club where she had a lot of fun in activities such as hearing and listening activities, tongue twisters, oral and silent reading, creative writing, spelling, vocabulary, and poetry. She would use storytelling to explain her experience to her mates and sometimes she would write a short play about the current issues that were happening at that time. Besides, she earned her degree in Bachelor of Musical Arts before she graduated. She loves music and occasionally she would implement music in her life. After graduation, she attended the World Wildlife Fund to show her gratitude to the nature that she lives in. She participated several expeditions around the globe to explore the floras and faunas on earth. She enjoyed observing insects the most. Therefore, she had created a very special observation notebook about insects around the world. In that notebook, there are many photographs of insects that she saw during the exploration.

Corrie always describe herself as happy, outgoing and loving. She enjoys meeting new people and interact with them. She likes teaching other people and at the same time learning cooperative strategies in order to solve a problem.
