First category for choosing talented players We choose 30 best players from each region First database from 14 regions (14x30)

Free players trensfer (player can play for 2 other teams for his team and for one team from higher competition) Bring down the number of players on one minipitch (4+1) and play on

more minipitches in the same time U7-U9 / U10-U11 (5+1) categories U-12 and U-13 will play in spacing 7+1 Point system in evaluation of sport centres and classes and everlasting Barrage system of advancements and declines in category U-19

Czech FA manages 43 sport centers for talented youth SC continued on work of sport classes in their region Every SC gets monthly grant by FA for coaches SC must realize criteria by Czech FA to get the SC status SC cooperate with club from their region and nearest districts

Competition of Academies

Czech FA wants to manage 24 academies

Academy can have only licensed clubs (from 1st and 2nd league)
Each academy gets monthly a grant by Czech FA for coaches Academies must realize criteria by Czech FA to get the Academy

status (mainly to have B team in max. 4th division)

Academies cooperate with sport centres in their regions

1st league of Academies - TOP group with 16 teams 2nd leagues (3 Groups) group A and B in Bohemia and group

C in Moravia, all with 16 teams


competition plays only teams U-19, U-18 is canceled each academy must have 20 players on roster advancements and declines between TOP group and group A, B

and C could be realize streight or with barrage systm (2 matches,
