CMR to SALES ORDER (TEXTS)

SPRO-SD-BF-Text control- Define Text types
Here select the sales & Distrubtion and click on Text types Button
Create the customer TEXT ID’s types one is Meter type and Meter Number
After created just Go back . make the selected check on sales and distribution and click
on change button
Create the Procedure TEXT Determination procedure for customer SD
After that select the procedure and click on Text id’s in Text procedure , here assign the
Text id’s types in the sequence u required
Assign the Text procedure to Customer Account Group.
Now Back to Customizing Text determination Main screen(VOTXN)
Select the sales document Header check and click on Text types Button
Maintain the SD Text ID’s Types
Back to original Screen Customizing Text determination VOTXN
Select the Header and click on Change button
Create the TEXT Determination procedure for Sales document Header
After that create the access sequence for meter type and meter Number
Now select the 501 Meter type access sequence and click on Access sequence for Text
ID’s
Here u maintain the Text object and the CMR Text ID’s Type Z12 Meter type
Like that select the second 502 meter Number access sequence and click on access
sequence for Text id’s.
Here you maintain the Text object and the CMR Text ID’s type I.e Z13 Meter number
Now Click on the Text id’s in Text Procedure
Here maintain the SD text id’s with the access sequences
Note: this option is not available in 4.7 version
IN ECC 6 only we have this option i.e if we not enter the Text in CMR , in sales order it
shows incompletion sales order.
In V :4.7 we didn’t have this feature

In CMR Sales area Tab – Extras -Texts

Maintain the Texts

And SAVE it.

Create a Sales order VA01
Enter the SP: CCCustomer. In Menubar GOTO-Header-Texts
For suppose if we are not maintained the Text in CMR sales area tab Extras-Texts
In sales order

If u check the incompletion log

This option is started from ECC 6 onwards.
