This form is valid only for students who applied for Spring 2005 or a later term, who did not enroll, and wish to be considered for a new semester. The re-evaluation process of a students file will begin once: (1) the completed, signed Student Update Form and (2) all final, official high school and college transcript(s) have been received by the Undergraduate Admissions Office prior to July 15 for the fall term and November 15 for the spring term. Send all required documents to the complete address listed on page 2. Note: Students previously enrolled at Virginia Union University who wish to be considered for a new semester as a Readmit Student should not complete this form. Please contact the Registrars Office for a Readmit Application. Failure to do so will result in the delay of file review.
