Time : 3 Hours] [Max. Marks : 100 Instructions to the candidates: 1) Answer 3 questions from Section I and 3 questions from Section - II. 2) Answers to the two sections should be written in separate books. 3) Neat diagrams must be drawn wherever necessary. 4) Assume suitable data, if necessary.

SECTION - I Q1) a) Draw the block diagram of a simplified generalized real time digital processing system and explain each block. [8] b) Consider a difference equation y(n) + y(n 1) 2y(n 2) = x(n) + x(n 1) With initial condition y(1) = y(2) = 1, i) ii) Find impulse response h(n) from given difference equation.
