You probably heard we ain't in the prisoner taking business; we in the killing Nazi business. And cousin, business is a-booming." - Lt. Aldo Raine Inglorious Bastards Please accept this letter as my formal criminal complaint against Deerfield Beach Mayor Jean Robb for possible violation of the Florida Statute 838: Misuse of Public Office. I allege Robb violated 838.022 Official misconduct. (1) It is unlawful for a public servant, with corrupt intent to obtain a benefit for any person or to cause harm to another, to:(a) Falsify, or cause another person to falsify, any official record or official document. In support of this allegation, I offer the following for your consideration. 1. Shes old, old like the condom in your wallet old. 2. In an email to BSO Sheriff Scott Israel, I posited, Did Mayor Jean Robb contact you seeking the transfer of BSO Fire Rescue staffer Joe Langlois back into the Deerfield Beach district? For the record, Langlois is a lifelong friend of Robb. 3. Israel answered in the affirmative, Yes, it was brought up during a meeting. 4. Israel also indicated (at the June 18, 2013 Deerfield Beach Commission meeting) he had two different meetings with Robb to discuss the hiring of the Hightower boy. For the record, Hightower is also a friend of Robbs. Now heres where I opine Robb broke the law.

1. When confronted with this nonsense, at the end of the June 4, 2013 City Commission meeting, Robb, on record, vehemently denied contacting Israel for the hiring of family friends. 2. She lied. And not very well. 3. Her remarks became part of the public record. 4. On June 18, 2013, Robb voted to approve those minutes. Bingo. Theres a crime! Therefore, I ask the Broward State Attorneys to fully investigate this matter, and if appropriate, send her to Death Row. I believe this is the third criminal complaint Ive filed against Robb this year. As always, I stand ready to assist. Happy hunting;
