1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
This quotation is based on the understanding of Lindsayca USA to supply, manufacture and test the piping spools
indicated in the attachment below:

The piping spools have been assumed that will be field fabricated.
Following major considerations have been also assumed for estimation purposes:

a. Welding
Welding to be done with procedures and operators which have been qualified in accordance with Section IX of the
ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and conform to ASME B31.3.

b. Painting
This quotation is based on the usage of LINDSAYCA USAs standard painting and coatings specification for piping.
Carbon Steel piping externally painted as follows:
Surface Preparation:

SSPC-SP-10

Prime Coat:

Carbozinc 11HS (2-3 mils DFT)

Second Coat:

Carboguard 893 (4-6 mils DFT)

Top Coat:

Carbothane 134VOC (1.5-2.0 mils DFT)

c. Piping, valves and instrumentation

Supply of piping, fittings, accessories, instruments and valves in accordance with the received bill of materials.

d. Hydrostatic Testing
Test procedure to be 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure as specified on mechanical flowsheets.
Pressure to be held for a period of one (1) hour under stable conditions.
Lindsayca USA does not utilize corrosion inhibitor or other additives in hydrotest water.

2. PRICES
a. Base Price
Lindsayca USA offers manufacturing and supplying the referenced piping spools as designed in this budget proposal:

US $ 6,825,000.00
This price is based on isometric drawings provided. Pricing does not include importation taxes or local taxes.

b. Terms of Payment
Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

c. Payment Schedule
Price is based on the following standard payment terms:
30% Upon order acceptance
20% Upon order of materials
20% Upon reception of materials
20% Upon notification of readiness to test
10% Upon release

d. Delivery
Delivery is estimated to be 40 weeks from Contract Commencement Date (Purchase Order Acceptance Date).
