Personal Statement

Thank you for taking time to read my credentials. As you will see on my resume, I possess more than five years of hands on experience in land acquisition, land development and project management in Florida with a strong emphasis on acquiring and developing properties in the Treasure Coast, Space Coast and Orlando Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA's.)

In addition, I possess more than five years of experience as a title examiner performing title abstract, title exam and title curative work. I hold a Florida real estate sales license and am qualified to test for Florida real estate broker.

My background and experience have afforded me the opportunity to build a strong list of professional contacts to include property owners, real estate brokers, developers, engineers, attorneys and municipal staff members.

I have prior experience working on multiple projects that were part of a larger portfolio of assets including four commercial projects totaling more than 240,000 square feet, nine multifamily projects totaling more than 2,900 units and two single family communities totaling more than 1,000 units.

I am presently seeking to utilize my business development and project management skills here in Florida as a Land Development Manager, Business Development Manager or other similar positions.

Assist corporate counsel and development partner in sourcing new projects and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals in Florida. Research candidate parcels for acquisition with emphasis placed on acquiring sites within the Treasure Coast, Space Coast and Orlando Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs.) Perform initial due-diligence activities and negotiate letter of intent and contract for sale and purchase. Facilitate and attend meetings with property owners, local and state regulatory authorities and professional service providers. Work to clear any potential hurdles, bottlenecks or regulatory constraints that could hinder project success.
