I feel extremely happy to inform you all that this


year Makawanpur Multiple Campus has been able
to get QAA (Quality Assurance and Accreditation)
certificate from University Grants Commission (UGC).
This is really a great achievement and it has shined
the glorious image of the campus. With this
accreditation, MMC has got an international
recognition in the field of providing quality education
to its students.
I feel honored being a chairperson of this campus.
I am really thankful to all who have contributed their
time, effort, skill and ability to the development of
this campus. I would like to thank teachers, staff,
students, members of the board of directors,
leadership and members of previous management
committees, guardians, stakeholders, administrators,
businessmen, social workers, local government,
representatives of political parties, all the national
and international agencies and the people of this
region for their perennial academic as well as financial
support for its sheer advancement.
We are fully aware of the fact that with this
accreditation, our responsibility has also increased
to maintain the quality of education in the campus.
Lots of things have been done in academic and
infrastructural development in the past and it will be
continued in future with the help of all stakeholders.

MMC, established in 2037 BS, is a
leading and advanced education
institution in Hetauda, Nepal. This is
a non-profit oriented public college
governed & managed by a Board of
Directors consisting the members from
different sectors of social life like
educationalists, social workers,
administrators, organizational heads,
guardians etc. This is the matter of
pride & glory that University Grants
Commission (UGC) has recently
provided QAA (Quality Assurance and
Accreditation) certificate to this
campus. A numbers of professionals,
who completed their education from
this campus, are placed in different
government & non-government
organizations.

MMC is governed in accordance with the
campus legislation which has been drafted in
the line of T.U. legislation. The supreme body
of the campus is the Campus Council (CC)
which consists of the members from different
social sectors. Campus Council forms a Board
of Directors (BOD), that directs and supervises

It gives me such a great pleasure to mention that
Makwanpur Multiple Campus (MMC) is a leading
community campus which aims at providing higher
education. MMC which has a team of highly qualified
and experienced teachers and helpful and sincere non-
teaching staff provides quality education at affordable
rate of fees to the students who come from diverse
family backgrounds. MMC which is a non profit oriented
community campus has already extended different
programs in different faculties. It is also going to extend
other programs soon.
I feel a glow of pride in mentioning that MMC is a QAA

accreditation has provided this campus with an

I do believe that quality education can be enhanced with
the help of different teaching techniques, the use of
teaching materials, regular exams and evaluation along
with suitable curricular activities. We have tried our best
to create congenial environment by maintaining
discipline through mutual co-operation and harmony
among teachers, students and guardians. I believe that
MMC is heading towards its goal with full commitment
and confidence.

Campus Building Block 'A' & 'B'
Makawanpur Multiple Campus was selected by
UGC as one of the best nine community campuses
in Nepal for its Second Higher Education Project
in 2008. After the implementation of the Project,
the campus made significant effort for over all
development of the campus. UGC also helped the
campus with its grants to take strong initiatives for
academic enhancement and the development of
physical infrastructure as accordance with the
parameters set by UGC. As a result, the campus has
been able to make remarkable development to
enhance the environment for quality education. And
now the campus has become successful in getting

affiliated to Tribhuvan University is one of
the best community campuses in Nepal. It
