National Code Download Phase 18.09: HITS and Motorola are scheduled to deploy a new National Code Download (NCDL) Phase from the National Access Service (NAS) on Wednesday, July 30, during the regular maintenance window (from 2:10 AM to 4:10 AM MST). DCH Standard-Definition Platform Upgrade: Affects: DCH200, 100, and 70 Action: Automatic upgrade from Platform 4.12 to version 4.21. Notes: No customer actions are required. DCT ASTB P3 Platform Upgrade: Affects: DCT6412 and 6416 P3 models, plus DCT3412, 3416, and 3080 Action: Automatic upgrade from Glenside Platform 16.35c to version 16.42c. Notes: No customer actions are required. Aptiv EPG Sites: Affects: All settop types, except DCT1000 Pre-Quod and DCT6208/1000 (64 MB units) Actions: Automatic upgrade from Aptiv 2.7 to Aptiv 3.0. Notes: DCT2000 class will also get an automatic upgrade from Platform 7.93 to 7.96. Required: Prior to 7/30, every Aptiv site must have Aptiv Server 2008 Release 1, or later. i-Guide Sites with D1K Units: Affects: DCT1200, DCT1000-Avi, and DCT1000-Quod units that do not have Platform 7.94 and BSID 655 Required: Every i-Guide site is required to add BSID 655 to all of their D1K units. and then contact HITS to request the upgrades to Platform version 7.94. These actions will trigger an automatic upgrade to i-Guide 1000, 72.63. Tan Guide Sites: Affects: All DCT and DCH models Note: Please refer to the TV Guide De-Support Notification, www.tvguideresources.com. Required: Every Tan-Guide site must contact their TV Guide representative to arrange for upgrades to i-Guide.
