Slight chlorine pollution @ Purok 13, Timoga on June 18, 2010 due to Failure of chlorine blower. Heavy chlorine pollution at Purok-13 on July 5, 2010 due to Failure of start up of HCL Synthesis plant Heavy chlorine pollution at Purok-13 on July 6, 2010 due to Leaking angle valve at chlorine sto tk Slight Cl pollution @ Purok-13 as inspected by our HG on Sept. 1, 2010 .
