Tantalum Heat Exchanger Coils Acid (HCL) Heating in Pickling bath

Tiaano, India a fabrication company; design, manufacturing,

installing and commissioning of custom-made tantalum and titanium equipments for steel processing plant in Acid Pickling and Acid Regeneration for recovery and reuse of hydrochloric acid.

Acid (HCL) Heating in pickling bath:

Tantalum Heat Exchanger Coils for HCL heating in Pickling Baths: Traditionally, steel plants are using PTFE immersion coils and direct steam spargers to heat HCL pickling baths. Due to the continuous maintenance of the coils and spargers, there is a permanent environmental impact. Using the custom designed in-tank TANTALUM immersion coils for the indirect steam heating in pickling bath is the alternative cost effective solution. coils. TANTALUM Serpentine Immersion Coils. TANTALUM Grid Heat Immersion Coils. TANTALUM U-Shaped Immersion Coils. Offers... Complete / Superior Corrosion resistance. Better / High heat transfer characteristics than non-metallic elements. Higher steam pressure capabilities than traditional PTFE coils reduce required surface area. Cost comparative to PTFE coils. Seam welded metal design eliminates breakage during handling, Installation & Operation. Easily retrofittable into existing equipment footprint. Elimination of HCL acid leakages into steam condensate. No spare parts to keep in inventory.

Tantalum Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers Acid(HCL) Heating in Pickling bath
Tantalum Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for HCL heating in Pickling Baths: Its extensive inert & heat transfer properties, TANTALUM shell & tube heat exchanger is having vital role in hydrochloric acid heating at high turbulence shallow tanks pickle bath. Traditionally Carbon block heat exchangers are getting used, its fragile nature and multi-gasket construction requires continuous maintenance and repair work which results expensive spare parts and downtime.

Alternative to Carbon heat exchangers, Tiaano, Chennai offers a full line of standard and custom-made Tantalum shell & tube heat exchangers for the indirect steam heating in pickling bath operations. Offers... Complete / Superior Corrosion resistance. Better / High heat transfer characteristics. Cost comparative to Carbon Block Heat Exchangers. Higher steam pressure capabilities than carbon block reduce required surface area. Seam welded metal design eliminates fragile nature, breakage during handling, Installation & Operation. Easily retrofittable into existing equipment footprint. Elimination of HCL acid leakages into steam condensate. No spare parts to keep in inventory. Elimination of down time due to equipment failure.

Titanium Gr.7 (Ti-Pd. alloy) ARP Equipments for Recovery and Reuse of HCL Acid Regeneration:
Titanium Gr.7 (Ti-Pd. alloy) ARP Equipments for recovery and reuse of HCL:

Ti Anode fabricators Pvt Ltd, India offers Titanium Gr.7 (ti-pd alloy) equipments for Pollution abatement cum Hydrochloric Acid regeneration plants for the recovery and reuse of HCL. They are Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Venturi F5. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Blowers V 31. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Impellers V31. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Fasteners. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Acid Lance P2. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Column Pipes A6. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Diffuser Pipe bends A6. Ti-Pd. (Titanium Gr.7) Sleeved EPDM Bellows for V 31, A-10, A6 etc. The hydrochloric acid used in the pickling process is thermally treated in the acid regeneration plant for the purpose of recovery and reuse in the pickling process. The plant is divided into the following sections: The rector in which the iron chloride is transformed into iron oxide and gaseous HCL. The venturi, in which the hot gases are cooled down from 850C to100C approximately during this process, the pickling acid is strongly concentrated due to evaporation of water. The separator in which the waste gases coming from the venturi liquid. The absorber in which the hydrochloric acid is recovered by absorption of the gaseous HCL in water. The fan F-V-31 with the fume stake which sucks of the gases developed in the reactor and keeps the entire system below atmospheric pressure. The residual inert gases are led through the fume stake into the atmosphere. The venture F25 with separator B26 in which a final treatment of the waste gas is achieved. The chemical reaction during the pickling process can be illustrated with the following reaction equation: Fe2O3 + 6HCl = 2FeCl3 + 3H2O FeO + Refer 2HCl = FeCl2 + H2O 2FeCl3 + H2 = 2FeCl2 + 2HCl 3
