The third annual Certification Audience Survey again asked Juniper Networks customers, partners and employees

OVER 3,700 CUSTOMERS OVER 2,400 PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES

Told us how they have maximized their investment in Juniper products and services
60% are planning future purchases of Juniper 95% would recommend Juniper to colleagues

Told us how they improved their effectiveness and efficiencies when working with Juniper customer

Results are consistent with those from the 2011 survey, showing a trend of strong value in and benefit from being a Juniper Networks certified engineer

JNCP ANNUAL SURVEY SUMMARY The survey findings indicate that of those individuals who are Juniper trained and certified:

98% recognize greater benefits from their investment in Juniper products 96% said Juniper education and certification was highly applicable to their job 86% of managers realize significant improvements in the overall job performance in their certified engineers 42% realize multiple areas of performance improvement in individual performance
