You're Not An Accident!

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations (Jeremiah 1:5).

s a child of God, predestination is at work in you. You dont go anywhere by chance or do anything by chance. Things just dont happen in your life by chance because the circumstances of your life were prearranged before the foundations of the earth: For we are Gods [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live] (Ephesians 2:10 AMP). Youre not an accident in this world; theres a reason for your coming. God didnt send you here to find out what youll do or to be an experiment; He already knew you before you were conceived in your mothers womb. The Bible says, Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord (Psalm 127:3). This means God was the One who gave you to your parents as a gift of trust. They may not have planned for you, but God did, for He knew you were coming. You were in the centre of His plan right from the foundation of the world! Now to some measure, parents are responsible for what happens to their children. But as you grow up, their responsibility for you reduces and you become responsible for whatever you become in life. This is why you ought to pay heed to Gods Word so you can discover your destiny

in God and fulfil it. Gods Word is His will expressed. As you get more acquainted with the Word, youll be able to locate yourself in the centre of Gods perfect will for your l i f e ,a n df u l f i ly o u rd e s t i n y . Maybe no one reckons with you because youre the last-born child amongst so many children. Remember David, who was the runt of the litter but became Gods chosen king of Israel. You may look frail and fragile and nobody thinks highly of what youll become in life, but dont despair. Rather, remember Gideon, who was the least of the weakest tribe in Israel but was mightily used of God to liberate Israel from bondage. I say to you today, youre not an accident. God has a plan for your life; He predestined you for the good life.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for rightly positioning me in the centre of your perfect will for my life. I recognize that my life isnt by accident, for I was born for a reason, and I daily live to fulfil my God-given purpose in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
