Creative Rural Communities

The aim of the initiative is to give the people of the rural Vale the power to control the future of their communities. The Partnership - Led by the Vale Council in partnership with public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations in the area, the partnership aims to help those in the rural Vale contribute to their communities and to have a say in their development by utilising funding and providing networking opportunities. Funding is enabling the partnership to help individuals, groups and communities throughout the rural Vale. Creative Rural Communities will provide vital support for a wide range of potential projects that will benefit those communities both now and in the future. Local Action Group (LAG) The LAG consists of a group of local people who make the all-important decisions about where the funding from CRC can make the most difference to local peoples lives.
