GOLDEN BUD 3.8% abv


A well-balanced, golden bitter. Grapefruit nose and citrus flavours give way to a mellow, slightly sweet after-taste. Complex malt character ensures it drinks well beyond its abv. Awarded Peoples Choice at Chesterfield Beer Festival, 2008

BRAMPTON BEST 4.2% abv

Our standard session bitter, brewed using only traditional and classically English malt and hop combinations. Short-listed for Champion Beer Of Britain, 2009

IMPY DARK 4.3% abv

Packed to the gunwales with roasted coffee and chocolate aroma and flavours. Carefully and delicately hopped to balance the beer, Impy Dark is just how a traditional mild ale should be. Mild of the Festival at Leicester Beer Festival, 2008

WASP NEST 5.0% abv

Our premium bitter with a sting in the tail! Rich in flavour and dark amber in colour the Wasp has a mellow and smooth mouthfeel with a gentle nudge that youd expect from a 5% bitter. SIBA Midlands Gold Award winner, 2008

GOLDEN BUD SPECIALE 5.8% abv

Brewed initially only for bottles, this strong version of our best selling Golden Bud is now available in cask due to over-whelming demand. An IPA-style ale, the fruity hoppiness is balanced beautifully by the residual sweetness of such a strong ale. Local Ale of the Festival, Chesterfield Beer Festival 2009 & SIBA Midlands Silver Medal Winner, 2009

ASPIRE 3.7% abv

A light, summer pomegranate fruit beer. Strongly hopped but balanced with pomegranate fruit to create a refreshing summer ale. Crafted in association with Chesterfield Borough Council to help promote their Markets Festival. Speciality Beer of the Festival, Wakefield Beer Festival 2008 & Peoples Choice at Chesterfield Markets Festival 2008.

1302 4.0% abv

A sweeter Pale Ale, brewed using the finest Maris Otter and Pale Crystal malts. Gentle early hopping balances the beer, whilst the late hops add a refreshing citrus nose. 1302 is an ideal summer ale

JERUSALEM 4.6% abv

A rich, malty English bitter ale with a slightly sweet finish. Brewed to commemorate St Georges Day, also available at festival and other celebrations throughout the year, and in bottle.

BRAMPTON MILD 4.9% abv

Thick, dark and richer than a Saudi Prince, Brampton Mild is finally back with us after an absence of over 50 years. A fantastic caramel nose precedes toffee, coffee and chocolate flavours in an unbelievable creamy, smooth and satisfying drink. Not so much a meal in a glass as a five-course banquet. BRAMPTON STOUT 4.5% abv


A deep, rich and intensely satisfying traditional Stout ale, boasting a characteristic off-white creamy head. Roasted malt notes are perfectly balanced by Fuggles and Golding hops. Awarded BEER OF THE FESTIVAL, Chesterfield Markets Festival, 2009.

TUDOR ROSE 4.6% abv

A well-balanced and creamy Pale Ale. Dominated by new-world citrus hops, Tudor Rose is built upon a clever combination of pale malt varieties. Named after the County badge of Derbyshire the Royally awarded Tudor Rose.
