As of August 27, 2009 Respondent(s) have not responded to the Presentment. Respondent(s) are at fault. As an operation of law Respondent(s) by dishonor of the Presentment have created a fault.

OPPORTUNITY TO CURE
In the event that Respondent(s)s failure to respond to the Presentment was an oversight, mistake or otherwise unintentional, Claimant grants Respondent(s) three (3) days, exclusive of the day of receipt, to cure the fault and effect the remedy.
