First of all, people who eat healthy food, they have the ability to do hard work. Second, if a person eats food which has vitamins, proteins, iron and other important nutrients, then he will be free from diseases, and he can enjoy his life. Moreover, everyone definitely likes to meet those who have a good health, so a person who is healthy, he has friends. For example, a person who looks weak and does not live healthy lifestyle will feel lonely, and he will not be happy. Finally, a good mind can be developed if people eat healthy food, and this is necessary for children. Therefore, if you want good looking, intelligent mind and make friends, you should eat healthy food. A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve health. It is important for lowering many chronic health risks, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer.[1] A healthy diet involves consuming appropriate amounts of all essential nutrients and an adequate amount of water. Nutrients can be obtained from many different foods, so there are numerous diets that may be considered healthy. A healthy diet needs to have a balance of macronutrients (fats, proteins, and carbohydrates), calories to support energy needs, and micronutrients to meet the needs for human nutrition without inducing toxicity or excessive weight gain from consuming excessive amounts. Living a healthy lifestyle is certainly not easy. A healthy lifestyle is defined by three different categories: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. In order to live a truly healthy lifestyle, you must balance all three categories and they must all function together simultaneously. In order to live a physically healthy lifestyle, you must learn how to balance your every day life. Doing a minimum of thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity for just three days a week, can do a myriad number of positive things for your body. Not only can physical activity extend your years of life, but it can also reduce the likelihood of getting many health related problems. Exercising is not the only important feature of being physically healthy, though. A healthy diet is key. The food pyramid is there for a reason! Statistically, America has a very high mortality rate due to obesity. Portioning your food correctly can do wonders! Along with exercise and a healthy diet, sleep is also very important! A healthy range of hours of sleep is between 7-9 hours. Once youve reached a state of balance, you will already feel that much better physically, and even mentally.

In fact, interesting books are a source of invaluable knowledge to those who want to master everything they havent known before. Through masterpieces all over the world we can realize the whole outstanding culture and civilization of mankind in every aspect: literature, science, sociology, anthropology, technology and economics. Nobody denies the important role of good books in developing mans knowledge. The more we read valuable books the more we become wise and experienced. By reading books, we can get rid of all prejudices and narrow-mindedness. We can no longer live in The Ivory Tower like a recluse and therefore we can get along with other people around us easily.

In summary, good books help us train our personality. They help us distinguish the Good from the Bad and they lead us to the True, the Good and the Beautiful.

First, television plays an important role in our daily activities: it keeps us informed of all current affairs in the world. Events through television are more vivid than those through books and magazines. Second, television helps us enrich our spiritual lives. Our knowledge is broadened in many ways. Through language teaching programs, we can learn the language we like such as: English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and so on. We can become skilful and clever at doing jobs, making cakes or arranging flowers through practical courses taught on television. Finally, television is a source of recreation. Humorous stories and funnyfilms bring us minutes of relaxation after a hard days work. For me, sitting comfortably in an arm-chair to watch an international football match on television is more interesting than having to queue for tickets at a crowded stadium.

In this way, the computer is really a high-powered memory machine capable of answering all problems and questions. Next in the navigation and aviation scopes: with the computer, pilots and sailors can avoid all dangers on their itinerary. It helps them direct their flights and voyages from this city to another one, control airspeeds and altitudes when their planes land or take off. How could NASA solve all the problems of the space shuttles without its computers. Finally in the constructing and designing fields: besides gathering and storing information the computer can solve complicated problems that took man months to do. They have been used by building companies. From the architects original plan, the computers can derive new plans according to a new type of environment, the cost of building and so on To sum up, we dare say that there is practically no limit to what computers can do and their contributions to our modern life are boundless.

The fact is whether you smoke the lights or the regular brands, it will affect your health either ways.
