3) Students are required to undergo a 250 hour apprenticeship program, under a flexible subject and non-classroom scheme/system;
4) Students must complete the apprenticeship program within the semester enrolled in, otherwise students must submit a written notification with the corresponding request for an extension of another semester, without said request students will automatically be dropped from the roll and given a grade of 68%;
5) Students must file their respective written notice and request at least two weeks before the last day of regular classes for the semester enrolled in, otherwise students will automatically be dropped from the roll and given a grade of 68%; Students will be designated to a partner law firm, corporate colleague or governmental office/agency.

14) Students will be furnished with the attendance sheet to be given to the partner law firm, corporate colleague or governmental office/agency for logging of the number of hours actually undertaken; 15) Students must submit their weekly report every Friday at 7pm, appended therewith are the narration of the activities and forms undertaken for the week;
16) After the completion of the 250 hours, students are required to submit a consolidated terminal report of their apprenticeship program;
17) Upon submission of the consolidated terminal report, students are
required to get a copy of the evaluation report from the OSA which must submitted to and accomplished by the partner law firm, corporate colleague or governmental office/agency;
18) After which, the evaluation and assessment report shall be submitted to the OSA;
19) Student must file a written request for scheduling for REVALIDA, NO WRITTEN REQUEST NO SCHEDULE FOR REVALIDA;
20) If the subject cannot be accomplished with the enrolled semester a written request for the extension for the subject must be submitted by the student to the ADVISER two (2) weeks before the end of the enrolled semester; otherwise the student shall be dropped from the roll and will be given a grade of 68%; 21) A written request filed on time will be given due course, and said student may apply for completion (student must accomplish the necessary form for completion of subject and pay the corresponding fee) for the Apprenticeship Program on the semester immediately following the enrolled semester;
22)Students undergoing Apprenticeship Program are required to wear business attire when attending their apprenticeship, carry themselves appropriately and be responsible for their safety; 23)Students are required to wear business attire during their REVALIDA, otherwise appropriate deductions shall be imposed.
24) An Apprenticeship Program Subject, like any other subject has a one year bar rule.
