    Instructions : 1. Stand and face each other. 2.

    Form a mirror of each other with your hands held out in front of you. 3. There should be ~5cm between you and your partners hands. DONT touch the other person. 4. Look at your partner, and wait till the instructor gives the signal. Then, without any talking, begin moving your hands while still remaining a mirror of your partner.

    Write down the following brief report Who led?

    How did you two decide who will lead?

    Followers why did you decide to follow?

    Now, wait for the signal from the instructor and then well try it again but this time you should switch roles! If you led, follow, if you followed, now its your turn to lead.

    Then write down How difficult was it to switch roles?

    Was anything different in the second time?
