Sungai Buloh area can be developed to fulfil the residents needs in term of better lifestyle, source of economical income, improve development performance and environment consideration. The development can be planning more systematically based on the Local Agenda 21. 2) Definition of local agenda 21:-

Local Agenda 21 is a local-government-led, community-wide, and participatory effort to establish a comprehensive action strategy for environmental protection, economic prosperity and community well-being in the local jurisdiction or area. This requires the integration of planning and action across economic, social and environmental spheres. Key elements are full community participation, assessment of current conditions, target setting for achieving specific goals, monitoring and reporting. Based on the Perbadanan Putrajaya official website, Local Agenda 21 is a program aimed at implementing sustainable development at the local level. A Local Agenda 21

program comprises systems and processes to integrate environmental, economic and social development. Founded on a strong partnership between local government and

the community, the progress towards local sustainable development will be guided by the preparation of a long term strategic action plan that integrates existing policies and programs and an agreed future direction. 3) Elements of Local Agenda 21:Managing and improving the local authority's own environmental performance Integrating sustainable development aims into the local authority's policies and activities 4) Awareness raising and education Consulting and involving the general public Partnerships Measuring monitoring and reporting on progress towards sustainability Environment

Provide an efficient mobility facilities to the local. Upgrading the services of existing public transport while adding more public transport. Enhancing the local to use public transport instead of using the own trasport. Not even can preventing the traffic congestion but can reduce the air pollution impacts. 8) Power and water supply

POWER AND WATER SUPPLY Optimization the system for power generation and water supply for the household

area, commercial centre and high density and low density population.Implementing the solar panel to save monthly payment for electrical usage and practicing

water harvesting technology to prevent the water shortage and to reduce the water supply from the main tank.
