Designed for establishing a good career in the Business Process Outsourcing


(BPO) business. Enhances participants' knowledge, attitude, and skills that
are highly relevant in their effective workplace, and customer socialization

framework, the course has 2 major areas of concentration: English
Proficiency Program and Customer Service Program.
