Moss stone cantic

Blue water, deep water Resting deep. Flow away down-river, soundless in the green twig-rushes.

Calm water, sing away, in gentle air and whispers in the rushes, where the wind sings with the river.

Pale water, sweep away down-river and rush, in joyous cries, to the sea, and the deep water.
