At the present time, the Australian government grants permanent resident status to
qualified professionals and skilled workers under the General Skilled Migration Scheme
governing the selection of skilled workers migrating to Australia. Using a point system,
an applicant is assessed under various factors that determine whether there is a strong
likelihood the applicant will successfully establish himself/herself in Australia.
Following our review of your credentials, it is my opinion that you qualify for Australian
permanent residence under the General Skilled Migration Scheme governing the
selection of skilled workers migrating to Australia. I am therefore pleased to offer you
our assistance to apply for Australian permanent residence for you and your
accompanying dependants under our program outlined in OPTION “A” below. You may
take comfort in the fact that less than 2% of all the clients I agree to represent, are
refused.
Additionally, you will also qualify for our FAST TRACK IMMIGRATION Full Service
Relocation Program (FSR) program to Australia which is described in OPTION “B”
below.
To start, if you select our immigration services under OPTION A, you may upgrade to
our Full Service Relocation Program, OPTION B, at any time during our mandate, by
simply paying the difference in applicable counsel fees, with no added charges.

OFFER OF ASSISTANCE
Should you wish to retain our services to represent your interests to apply for Australian
permanent residence, our counsel fees would be established as follows:

Our services include:
* Effective preparation of all application forms for yourself and your accompanying
dependants (where applicable).
* Presentation of your qualifications through our detailed written submissions to

maximize your chances for an interview waiver.
* Providing active and ongoing monitoring and tracking of your filed application and
providing you with 24 hour access to the status of your application with our firm, using
our e-Track software.
* Where an interview is required, providing written preparations/training overview for the

selection interview to maximize the chances for approval.
* Providing written submissions and subsequent representations where required, to the

appropriate state licensing assessment authorities.
* During the application process should new selection rules come into force, we will
forward on your behalf, additional submissions to the visa office to outline how you may
qualify under the new selection rules, modified selection criteria or a change in the pass
mark.

* Persons engaging our services will also receive access throughout the application
process, to Attorney Glenn Ferguson's extensive experience and insight to provide
answers to the numerous questions that will likely arise regarding issues of immigration,
settlement and employment in Australia.

Payment of Our Fees

Our fees of £1,500 (English Pound Sterling), is payable in three installments as

follows:
* first payment of £500 to be paid upon the commencement of our mandate;
* second payment of £500 to be paid at the earlier of submission of the completed

application to a skills assessment authority processing office or within sixty (60) days
from the date of receipt of the first payment;
* third payment of £500 to be paid following approval of your qualifications by the visa
office.
Our counsel fees (payable in English Pound Sterling) do not include the government

OPTION B - FULL SERVICE RELOCATION

FAST TRACK IMMIGRATION PROGRAM

Employment Sponsorship + Permanent residence services

Our Full Service Relocation program is a unique and comprehensive relocation program
that concludes within a period averaging between 6-9 months from hiring our services. It
begins with a comprehensive Labour Market and Relocation report that outlines a
number of important issues regarding successfully settling and working in a number of
States or Territories in Australia. The information in our report covers a wide range of
issues including but not limited to:
- The rules governing employment in your industry

- The wages and salaries that you can expect to earn
- Taxation issues
- Cost of living comparison between cities
- The applicable immigration rules enabling your fast track entry to Australia in the
state(s) or territorieswhere you have expressed an interest in settling.
Our Labour Market and Relocation report will give you insight into which of the states
is most compatible with your overall settlement objectives. We are most confident that
our report will provide you with insight that cannot be readily found.
Once you have reviewed our report, we will then contact and pre-screen a number of
qualified “sponsoring” employers across Australiaor in a particular region of the country
where you wish to settle. Many employers in Australiaare not qualified to meet the
stringent sponsorship rules to support a foreign worker. However we ensure that your
sponsoring employer will meet all such requirements.

We will then endeavour to coordinate multiple employment interviews (in person or by

telephone)with potential “sponsoring employers” that you will personally attend and
would ideally culminate in a written offer of employment, commensurate with your
professional qualifications.
Under our program, employment interviews are scheduled in advance of your planned
visit or a permanent relocation to Australia. Since we do not charge employers any
placement or related fees for our extensive immigration services, employers in a wide
range of occupations are motivated to interview our clients because there are no costs
to be incurred by such employers.
We represent your direct interests at all times during our mandate with you. We assist
the employer on your behalf to address all of the legal immigration requirements
involved in obtaining approval of your hiring by the Australian authorities. Without
effective immigration counsel, such as we can provide, any employers cannot meet the
complex immigration hiring requirements on their own.
OUR PROGRAM COMPRISES FOUR STAGES:
First, we will evaluate your employment options within the current Australian
employment market and we will provide you with an accurate assessment of your salary
potential in Australia. We will then make concrete written recommendations (Labour
Market and Relocation report) in order to maximize your chances for success in
securing employment with our assistance.
Our Labour Market and Relocation report will provide you with a clear understanding
of your marketability and the appropriateness of the city or region in Australiathat we
believe you are best suited. In summary, our report will provide you with insight that will
help you understand the strategy that we will be following towards your successful
relocation and settlement in Australia.
The anticipated time to complete the Labour Market and Relocation report is about
one month from the commencement of our mandate and formalization of our
instructions.

Second, following the presentation to you of our labour market and relocation report,
we will proceed to the employment interview stage of our mandate. This second stage
will encompass the following undertakings:
• We prepare an Australian labour market-effective

employment resume.
• We conduct an extensive Australian labour market

employment search to identify potential “sponsoring”
employers in potential cities of your intended destination.
• We schedule multiple employment interviews

arranged in advance of your (recommended) two (1)
week visit to Australia.
• We provide individual personalized training prior to

and throughout the employment interview process.
• We provide a complete list of all prospective employers

with whom we have contact for future follow-up use.
• We endeavor to provide you with at least one offer of

employment with a qualified sponsoring employer
that is commensurate with your qualifications.
(Many of our clients receive multiple offers of employment).
• We represent your best interests and negotiate / secure the

best possible terms of employment under a written contract
with employers.
• We assist the sponsoring employer at no charge, on your

behalf, to address the legal immigration requirements involved
in obtaining approval of your hiring by the Australian labour
and immigration authorities
• We provide you with ongoing insight and expertise into

the employer and employee relationship.
• We provide you with important introductions to city specific

settlement professionals who will assist in the settlement
process (i.e. lodgings for rent or purchase,
banking arrangements; introductions to schools, etc.)
• We provide you with effective guidance into the complex

immigration process which varies between each of the
provinces, in order that you select a suitable employer that
will complement your eventual application for Australian
permanent residence.
• We provide you with effective guidance into the

licensing complexities (where applicable) for your occupation
which varies between each of the states in order that you
will be able to maximize your earning potential in Australia.
The anticipated time to complete this second stage will range from 2-4 months from the
commencement of our mandate (signing our contract) depending on various factors
including the time of year, the labour market responsiveness and your availability to
attend employment interviews in Australia.
Third, once you accept an offer of employment from a qualified sponsoring employer,
we would proceed to the stage of our mandate where we would assist the employer in
obtaining approval for your hiring from the applicable government authorities and
thereafter, apply for the work visa. During this stage, we prepare and submit an
application for a temporary work visa, valid for 12- 24 months.
Once approved, the work visa will enable you to immediately begin working in
Australiafor the sponsoring employer. Your family (where applicable), would also qualify
for temporary residence visas allowing them to accompany you to Australia.
The anticipated time to complete the third stage will be two (2) months from receipt of
an offer of employment from a qualified sponsoring employer. Overall this will take
place within a range of 6-9 months from the commencement of our mandate depending
on various factors.
Fourth, once you are either settled in Australia, or just prior, we will apply for Australian
permanent residence on your behalf (and those of your family, where applicable). We
anticipate that, based upon assurances provided by the Australian Government, overall
processing will conclude in 6-12 months from submission of the application for
permanent residence to issuance of visas. We will work with you to determine when to
submit the application for permanent residence.

PAYMENT OF OUR FEES
Under our Fast Track Immigration Full Service Relocation (“FSR”) program, our fees
would be established on a fixed fee basis in the amount of £4,750 excluding applicable
government fees and would be payable in FOUR installments:
-First remittance of £750 to be paid at the commencement of our mandate
-Second payment of £1250 to be paid prior to presentation of our Labour

Market and Relocation report.
-Third payment of £1250 to be paid upon commencement of the application

for a work visa on behalf of a qualified sponsoring employer in Australia
(commensurate with your qualifications); or if the situation arises, upon
commencement of an application for Australian permanent residence.
-Fourth payment of £1500 would be paid immediately following approval

of the application for Australian permanent residence.
Under our FSR program, although we are very confident of success and while we
cannot and do not guarantee that a qualified sponsoring employer will materialize, we
confirm that the third and fourth payments of our fees are entirely conditional upon
written commitment from a qualified sponsoring employer related to and commensurate
with your qualifications, followed by the required government approvals for your
admission to Australia.
As you can observe therefore, under our program, our mandate is result oriented
such that bulk of our fees is only paid once we begin the labour market opinion on
behalf of a qualified sponsoring employer and we obtain confirmation that the hiring will
be approved.
