INTENSIVE BUSINESS ENGLISH

We have developed specialized curricula in functional areas such as presentation skills, public speaking, memo, email, proposal writing, telephone training and interview skills. Our courses offer a variety of options to suit the needs and budget of every business executive. Business English Combination This program is designed to provide maximum benet in a limited time frame by combining four daily group classes with two private lessons. You learn the fundamental skills of English with other students at your level in a group setting and focus on specic individual needs in one-on-one sessions. Business English Group Lessons This is the most economical choice, providing six group classes per day. You learn the fundamentals of English by studying grammar, vocabulary and idiomatic expressions at your level and then study s p e c i c c o m m u n i c a t i o n e l e c t ive s s u ch a s presentation skills, business writing and many more.
Business English Private Instruction This is the best choice for busy executives with limited time available. This is followed by two weeks of Intensive Basketball Camp Instruction with a mixture of American and international students, between the ages of 14 - 17. Instruction takes place at a variety of venues. Instruction and practice sessions generally run from 9 AM to 4PM daily. Additional activities that include team competition can be arranged for weekends. The camps run during July, 2012.
ABOUT ENGLISH & BASKETBALL

The English and Basketball Program is a cooperative effort between the Boston School of Modern Languages and top basketball camps in the Boston area. The partners were selected based on their outstanding sports credentials as well as the infrastructure to support foreign students. The program has four components: Two weeks of Intensive English at BSML Two weeks of Intensive Basketball with American and Foreign Students Housing and Local Transportation Scheduled activities with other international students Our teachers are highly qualied and university educated. We are known for our warm, caring staff that takes an interest in each individual. Your will learn vocabulary, grammar and idiomatic expressions, which are critical to creating a solid foundation for future development in English. You will also learn the correct pronunciation for every word and phrase. The program begins with two weeks of Intensive English (six classes per day, ve days per week) and includes electives geared towards the sports enthusiast.

The curriculum is designed to provide a solid foundation in the fundamental skills of English using methods that are well suited for the way children learn. The curriculum is designed to provide a solid foundation in the fundamental skills of English using methods that are well suited for the way children learn. The classes are lled with activities that are both fun and educational. Your child will learn vocabulary, grammar and idiomatic expressions, which are critical to creating a solid foundation for future development in English. They will also learn the correct pronunciation for every word and phrase. The program will also impart important facts about American history, culture and geography. Each day, we also provide a delicious mid-morning breakfast break and a complete lunch. Our inhouse chef prepares nutritious meals and homemade baked goods.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

English for children ages 4 to 7 Your young children will absorb English through games, songs and stories. Fun activities will introduce them to the sounds and structure of English. Each day, your child will take home things he/she has made. This early exposure to English will spark their interest and lay a foundation for future study. English for children ages 8 to 12 Children of this age learn a language quickly. Under the guidance of an experienced teacher, your child will soon be using English words learned by studying and playing with other children. Numbers, colors, foods, animals, and clock time are some of the things that your child will be able to identify and use in English. There will be enjoyable school trips outside of the classroom to places such as the park, the zoo, and the museum.

TOEFL COURSE
BSMLs intensive TOEFL preparation course will lead you to success on the TOEFL test! Instruction in the four language skill areas of the TOEFL test: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, combined with preparation for participating in university classes and student life. We will give you the practice and condence you need to obtain a high TOEFL score. Six hours per day of intensive English and TOEFL preparation including: instruction in study skills such as note taking, scanning, and paraphrasing in essay writing and understanding practice academic reading speaking exercises to improve uency and condence daily online practice exercise weekly full-length practice tests in skill areas

UNIVERSITY STUDIES COURSE

This course is designed for advanced-level students who want to prepare for entry to an American university, to pursue an academic career, to improve their general academic English, or to prepare for presentations in the educational sector. It is also recommended for those with a high level of English who are seeking challenging coursework that includes current topics in several academic elds. The course includes three classes of: readings in literature, history, science, and technology academic vocabulary building exercises essay writing and research topics class reports and discussions Choose three elective classes or our Intensive TOEFL preparation to complete your program.
