The Career Development Center serves both job seekers and businesses and attracts, prepares, and connects qualified candidates to career opportunities in the local New York City market. ECDO, Inc. utilizes a combination of recruitment strategies, industry knowledge, career coaching and prescreening tools that enhance a candidates marketability in order to make stronger matches for job candidates and businesses. We are recruiting candidates who are currently not working or that fall within the below income scale. All positions require a minimum of (30) hours per week.

Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (you must arrive between 10:30 AM 10:45 AM to check-in) Do not be late as check-in will end at 10:45 AM and session will start promptly at 11:00 AM. Please plan your schedule accordingly and be prepared to spend approximately 1-3 hours at the session. Required: Household Composition: A minor child must live in your household (not older than 18) Attire: Business/Interview Attire Resume: Hard copy AND a copy on a flash drive Valid Photo Identification: State ID, Drivers License, etc. (not expired) Social Security Card: Applicant AND child Proof of Address: Current rent statement/lease, utility bill, etc. Proof of Income: Pay stubs, budget letter, SSI/SSD award letter, notarized letter of support Birth Certificate: Applicant AND child RSVP: In order to reserve your space, you must confirm your attendance via email to jobs@ecdo.org by 10:00 AM on the Friday prior to scheduled event.
