We believe that the best way to generate new ideas and create global entrepreneurs is to continually expose our people to new roles, challenges and markets. We have 49 nationalities in our senior management and 64% of them live away from their home country. Its not for everyone but those who love it really, really love it!

We go beyond business
Our new vision is also about our long-standing commitment beyond the commercial, to the planets environment and to those most vulnerable in our society. Since 2003 we have been working with Save the Children and are on our way to being their biggest global partner, helping them to create brighter futures for disadvantaged children around the world. Our sustainability activities across the world focus on three things: enabling women, acting on water, innovating for a better future. We take action. In the last few years we have reduced our carbon footprint by 20% and planted enough trees in deforested land to offset greenhouse gas emissions from all of RBs manufacturing facilities. Our website Our Home, Our Planet tells consumers how they can use our products in more sustainable ways and do their bit for the environment and does so in 15 languages.
We have continued towards our target of raising 10 million by 2015, reaching 8m since 2003. That contribution will create or support a million brighter futures for children around the world. Employee fundraising and events such as the 3rd Global Challenge, and other initiatives such as Dettols Mission for Health Campaign meant we raised 2m in 2011.
