FEEDBACK OF ON CAMPUS RECRUITMENT PROCESS 1) How the process was started 2) It started with a ppt that described the

company.Next was written followed by a GD session,technical interview and finally HR interview. 3) Written Which all sections were there in the written paper Quant,english(questions based on passages),logical reasoning,data interpretation no no Was there any negative marking What was the duration of the paper section wise 10 min for the English section and 15-20 min for others 4) What types of questions were there in Aptitude paper (Few question which you could remember)? It included more of logical questions based on the format: Eg: Given two statements: All bulbs are birds. Some birds are butterflies. Conclusion from among the following statements has to be chosen: 1)All butterflies are bulbs. 2)Some bulbs are butterflies. There were also a couple of questions based on data interpretation using venn diagrams,bar charts,tablular representations and pie charts. Questions based on identifying the next figure in a given series of figures were also present. 5) Which all section in online test none 6) What type of questions were there in Technical paper (Few question which you could remember) ? There was no technical section in written. 7) Group discussion was there or not. If yes what was the topic to your group and other topics to different groups The topic of my group was: are social networking sites good or bad? 8) Personal Interview What technical questions they were focusing in interview (C, C++, Data Structure). Please share few questions First of all my I would like to mention that my technical interview was less of technical and more of HR.However the questions on the technical end that were posed to me were as follows: 1)What have you done in your project? Was there any sectional cut off

2)What was your project based upon? 3)what are the languages that you have learnt in your college? Basically I wasnt asked anything outside of what I hd mentioned in my resume. Then it was purely followed by HR questions like: 1)tell me about yourself 2)your strengths 3)your weaknesses 4)why headstrong? 5)any questions you want to pose related to the company? 6)your perception of work ?,etc What was the duration of interview Approx 15-20 min

9) What type of HR questions they have asked 1)All those mentioned above In addition to those: 1)any situation or event in your life that has transformed you? 2)any thing that you have changed in yourself, over the last coupleof years ,for good ? 3)how did you achieve that change?
