DESCRIPTION: The First Christmas Present tells the story of how the tradition of Christmas generosity began. It all starts with the Winter King, a petulant monarch who doesnt like to share, and an orphan girl who has nothing but a single toy and a heap of courage. Founding member of the Old Trout Puppet Workshop, Judd Palmer, says, Its about having everything and still feeling empty. Its about giving everything, and feeling full. The toys collected will be used as background material in the film The First Christmas Present.
