KATA PENGANTAR

Puji syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa berkat rahmat dan hidayah-Nya penulis
telah dapat menyelesaikan referat ini dengan judul Spondylisthesis. Referat ini merupakan salah
satu syarat dalam menjalani stase Radiologi di Rumah Sakit Abdoel Moeloek. Penulis menyadari
bahwa referat ini masih banyak kekurangan, untuk itu penulis mengharapkan kritik dan saran
apabila ada kekurangan dalam penulisan referat ini.

Terakhir penulis mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada dr. Haryadi,
Sp.Rad yang telah memberikan bimbingan dan pengarahan selama menjalani stase Radiologi,
