What our delegates from 2012 think

Lectures good & relevant, hotel was lovely great value for money on the all inclusive package. A good range of topics delivered by very good speakers. Difficult to say how to improve sorry, cant fault it! The programme exceeded my expectations I took away a lot of useful information. Great location, variety of exhibitors and interesting topics covered by a variety of speakers.

Poster Competition 2013 Dont forget to get your poster abstract in by 17:00 on Wednesday 31st July. Prizes will be awarded for the best two posters at the event. See website for further details and how to enter. A word from our 2012 Poster Competition winner Lyndsay Davies, QCNW; I submitted an abstract on a stability study that our group had carried out for the shelf-life extension on a monoclonal antibody preparation, and we were really pleased that it was selected for a poster presentation at the QA Symposium in Ashford. The QA Symposium was really informative and a good networking event which allowed us to make new contacts. Winning the poster prize was a real bonus as it means that I can present the poster at the EAHP conference in Paris, courtesy of MacoPharma, which is a fantastic opportunity that I am really looking forward to.

Who should attend? This annual event is aimed at pharmacy professionals, including technicians and pharmacists, working in pharmaceutical production and quality assurance environments. The symposium is aimed at both the NHS and commercial sectors. Symposium Structure The format encourages delegates to structure their own experience of the event around their individual needs and interests with a range of lead presentations, workshops and commercial presentations. The social aspect on the evening of day one allows opportunity for further discussion and networking. The exhibition provides a great opportunity to speak to pharmaceutical companies and equipment suppliers. All the companies you need to develop your service in one place.
