Creekside and Kendall Halle: Creekside is available for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by an indoor reception in Kendall Halle. Friday $5400.00 Saturday $5900.00 Sunday-Thurs $4900.00 Reception only : Friday $4800.00 Saturday $5300.00 Sunday-Thursday $4300.00 Courtyard: Courtyard is designated for outdoor ceremony and reception. Ye Kendall staff will flip Courtyard space from ceremony set up to reception set up, while Courtyard guests enjoy cocktail hour on the Inn porches. Friday $3100.00 Saturday - $3400.00 Sunday-Thurs $2800.00 *Must book surrounding rooms at an additional $954.00 total Small Event breakdown (50 guests) Courtyard only Friday: $2600 Saturday: $2800.00 Sunday-Thurs: $2500.00 Last call at 11:30 pm. Security is required for every event. One security guard per 100 guests is required. Kendall County Sheriffs Department is preferred. Our mixologists can help you design the perfect Signature cocktail and drink menu for your special event. All drink consultations are free.

Live music services for ceremony:

Pianist or guitarist Soloist 20 minute prelude (while guests are being seated) and all music for ceremony - processional for family, wedding party, bride, unity ceremonies, offertory, communion,and recessional Wedding - $300 Reception rates for Cocktail hr/dinner music - $75/hr after ceremony Duet Musician and Vocalist 2 Musicians 20 minute prelude (while guests are being seated) and all music for ceremony - processional for family, wedding party, bride, unity ceremonies, offertory, communion,, and recessional Wedding - $475 Plus an additional $125/hr for cocktail hr/dinner music

Wedding Coordination:
Sit back and relax while we take care of your special day! Day of Coordination: $800.00

DJ Service Package:
$700.00 for 4 hours of DJ service to include wireless microphone for toasts, announcements, etc. Our house DJ package includes free consults to help you create your own personal event playlist, to include songs for the couples first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, dollar dance, bouquet toss song, garter toss song, etc. Additional DJ hours are an additional $150.00/hr.

Florals and Dcor:

Candlescape package- Includes one round mirror, set of three glass calendars, three white or ivory pillar candles or floating candles, gems for base of glassware (your choice of color), white or ivory flower petals to scatter on table. $35.00/table Small floral package- Includes one round mirror, small round or square glassware, 14 rose stems (or similarly priced flower), 4 small votives, rose petals to scatter on table, chargers (available in silver, bronze, gold, and red) $55.00/table Custom Floral and Dcor packages are available and all consultations are free
