Preface
The employee employer relation study undergone at TATA METALIKS (Kharagpur) has imparted me in department of knowledge on various aspects of study of employer employee relationship in their organization. The employer employee relation is an ongoing process of maintaining and improving relations in the organization. Both the employer and the employee have a common interest in the industry, but many a time, they are found to be pulling in different directions which lead to industrial unrest. Therefore, it has become necessary to secure the cooperation of both employer and the employee to achieve good relations. The employer employee relation is concerned with the relationship between management representing the holders of capital and the workers representing the holders of working power regarding the employment and unemployment, terms and conditions of work in the organization. To develop healthy managerial and administrative skill in potential managers, it is necessary that theoretical knowledge must be supplement with exposure to a real environment. Actually, it is a life for management itself realized. It removes hesitation. The objective of the project is to go into deep of the particular situation and to realize how difficult the scenario is. An effort has been made in the present study of employer employee relation with respect to TATA METALIKS, Kharagpur to understand how the Metaliks Company maintains the employer employee relation. In department of the various elements of HR department in the company has been made so as to come out with an effective result of the study and suggesting the company to improve the functioning of the relations in the organization.
