March of Dimes Tees off against Premature Birth Rates

Amherst, NY - The 2009 March of Dimes Celebrity Golf Classic will take place
Nick Carriere Monday, June 8, 2009, beginning at 12 Noon at Brookfield Country Club located at
5120 Shimerville Road, Clarence. This annual event raises money and awareness for
premature infancy.

Current and former Buffalo Sabres and other sports celebrities and local
DianeDinsmore sportscasters in Western New York will be in attendance to support the March of
Dimes campaign to address the increasing rate of preterm birth. “We are privileged
to have such a renowned roster of sports figures who are rallying behind the March
Eric Fiebelkorn of Dimes’ goal to help save babies,” said Golf Chair Tom Naples of Integrity Office
Supply. “Premature birth is a common, serious, and costly problem for families,
affecting one in every eight babies right here in Western New York.”

With premature births at an all-time high and climbing, the March of Dimes is
working to help prevent babies from being born too soon and sometimes too small to
JamieHypnarowski survive. The March of Dime’s major sponsor for this year’s Golf Classic is Best
Buy and Integrity Office. Other corporate sponsors are Ferguson Electric, Uniland
Bill Iannarelli Development, Niagara Metal, New York Institute of Massage, and Dent Neurologic

Over the past 16 years, this event has raised over $1.3 million. This year’s
tournament goal is to raise $105,000 for healthier babies. “We look forward to
