who

the
university

coverage

another
source.

will
be
given
the
opportunity
to
increase
coverage
and
will
receive
information
of
plan
options
and
prices
from
the
university
prior
to
enrollment.

PLEASE

insurance
coverage

before
July
31st
in
order
to
extend
coverage
from
July
31st
to
the
end
of
the
summer
semester.
