OUR APPROACH
The program will have the following sections Diagnostic Study: A pre-program detailed diagnostic study was conducted to custom-design the course outline. The study will entail understanding the key concerns and developmental requirements from the participants and their selected stakeholders. Pre and Post 360 Degree Feedback: A critical tool for self awareness and development of executives, the 360 degree feedback provided feedback on the desired competencies for the individual from his/ her stakeholders. The feedback was collected and compiled into a developmental report for every individual. The report aimed at coaching these individuals to help them understand the report and prepare a developmental plan of action. Six-Part Course: It was a high intensity Program delivered in six parts over as many months. Structurally the program was divided into Core Business Chunks, Individual Excellence Initiatives, Practical Executive Skills, Guest Lecture Series along with real life, project based assignments were essential to the program.

CLIENT
In less than a decade, ABC Ltd. had grown from a small firm with just one branch operating in India to its current position as one of the leading organizations in its industry along with a global footprint across a few countries. With this increase in its capacity, it hired talent for their attitude but needed to groom them for the skills so that people from within can take up the leadership roles and help them move to the next level. It was found that though the target group was a highly motivated and committed team and were also empowered to take decisions, they lacked the ability to take initiative. Due to the going easy culture within the organization they remained in their comfort zone and did not have the large picture thinking.ABC Ltd. approached Par Excellence Leadership Solutions to design and deliver an integrated learning intervention for its selected target group to enable them to lead the organization undergoing an accelerated growth.

SOLUTION OVERVIEW
This program was a leadership enhancement program for seasoned senior executives at ABC Ltd. The program content was designed to be broad-based, global in its perspective while offering skill level inputs providing for intelligent implementation. It maps back to the organizations values and competencies. Rooted in an astute diagnosis, one-on-one conversations with key stakeholders, and multi-rater data points, the program catered for individual as well as organizational needs. The program used 6-D principles to drive the application of learning.
