COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Heat oil in a wok. Fry tokwa until golden brown on all sides. Drain tokwa and set aside. When cool, cut into x inch cubes. In a same wok, saut garlic, onion and tomatoes. As the tomatoes start to wilt, add the tokwa and Mama Sitas Oyster Sauce. Add pechay, stir-fry and cover. Cook on high heat until done.

Put the vegetables and sprinkle AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX and AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning. SIMMER. Let simmer until vegetables are half-cooked. Add fried tofu and thicken with cornstarch. Makes 6-8 servings

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Remove head and shell of prawns. Devein and leave tails on. Saut garlic and onion in cooking oil. Add coconut milk and green pepper. When it starts boiling, add marinated shrimps. Stir-fry shrimps until change in color. Serve with rice or over deep fried bihon (rice noodles)

Cauliflower Poppers Stir Fry Spinach in Oyster Sauce What you will need: Ingredients 500 grams fresh spinach cup button and shitake mushrooms 30 grams young corn 20 grams bean sprouts 20 grams canned water chestnuts, sliced cup oyster sauce 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1-2 tablespoons peanut oil (if allergic to peanut oil, canola oil will do) 1 pack 7 grams AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX chopped roasted peanuts Procedure 1. Stir fry vegetables in a wok, season with AJIGINISA. 2. Add in the sesame oil then stir. Add soy sauce followed by the oyster sauce. 3. Add brown sugar. Cook vegetables to desired softness or until liquid slightly evaporates. 4. Plate and serve. Melt butter in a pan, saut onions, ginger, and shrimps until it changes its color SIMMER. Add mangoes, mushroom, sitsaro and cornstarch mixture. Simmer for 1 minute. SEASON. Sprinkle AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX -Shrimp Flavor and add sesame oil. Makes 4-6 servings 2 heads of cauliflower 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Wash and clean the cauliflower. Cut off and discard the stem. Cut the cauliflower up into small pieces. 3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower pieces and thoroughly coat each piece. 4. Place cauliflower pieces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for one hour and turn 3 times during cooking until each piece has a nice brown coloring. The browner they are the better. 5. Remove from oven and enjoy!
