Copper ore crushing plant equipment:

Open-pit ore is hauled to the primary gyratory crusher and the discharge fed to two secondary cone crushers. Due to the dry, dusty nature of the ore and the fine crush required to optimise leach recoveries, waterflush crushers are used to perform the tertiary crushing reduction of the ore to 12mm. Copper is mined either at open pit copper ore mines or underground copper ore mines. The centrally located control system automatically regulates belt speed depending on the ore supply. The expansion has raised the mine's throughput to match its higher output. Pressure filtered concentrate is transported in purpose-designed containers to smelter on the Baltic coast.
