We are specialized in manufacturing self-extinguish and non-self-extinguish PE plastic conduits and also produce PVC rigid Conduits, corrugated Conduits and its accessories. All our conduits from Tasneem Industries manufacturing from materials specially formulated to meet the stringent requirements of : the British standards BS 4607 part 3 : 1971 , Egyptian standards ES 1283 1976 and international standards IEC 614-2-3.

Develop the capacity of Tasneem Industries to produce wide range of products of PE plastic pliable Conduits both Fireresist - self-extinguishing and non-self-extinguishing, And self-extinguishing PVC rigid and corrugated Conduits and accessories meet the requirements of : IEC 614-2-3 , BS 4607 part 3: 1971 , ES 1283 1976 Standards . Since we believe in the principle of modernization and research ,we Increase production capacity vertically and horizontally to provide a wide variety of plastic Conduits and its accessories for Electrical Installation works and we look forward on near future to produce Steel pipes and its accessories for same sector .

PE plain pliable conduits self extinguish and fire resist. the material used in this product are completely self extinguishing and complyfully with the requirements of IEC 614-2-3, ES 1283-1976 and BS 4607 part 3:1971.

PE Conduits
Plain pliable conduits not self extinguish this product is fully with the requirements of IEC 614-2-3 , BS 4607 part 3: 1971 and ES 1283-1976 for mechanical properties resistance to heat insulation resistance and electric strength.

Recycled PE Conduits "Eastinghouse" series

lower environmental impact plain pliable conduits not self extinguish. the material used in this product is recycled PE . this product is fully with the requirements of IEC 614-2-3, BS 4607 part 3:1971 and ES 1283-1976, for mechanical properties resistance to heat , insulation resistance and electric strength.

Self-extinguish Corrugated Conduits from hard and rigid PVC made from materials to comply with IEC 614-2-3 standard and BS standard 4607: part 3:1971. Good flexibility and with high resist to pressure.

Bending Test :
Pass the stringent tests of : ES 1283-1976 , BS 4607 part 3:1971 and IEC 614-2-3.

Impact Test :
Comply with the stringent requirement of : ES 1283-1976, BS 4607 part 3:1976 and IEC 614-2-3.

Insulation Resistance And Electric Strength :

Comply with the requirement of : ES 1283-1976 , BS 4607 part 3:1971, and IEC 614-2-3.

Resistance To Heat :
The materials used in our products can resist a load with force of 20N in a heat up to 50

Resistance To Burning :
The material used in PE Flame retardant Conduits are complete self extinguish with V2 Category self extinguish time during 30 seconds and comply with the requirement of ES 1283-1976, BS 4607 part 3:1971 and IEC 614-2-3 .

Colors :
Light grey is the standard for PE Flame retardant Conduits . Orange is the standard for PE Conduits. Dark orange is the standard for Recycled PE Conduits "Eastinghouse" series. Any other colors to be produce for same prices.
